Prices continue to trend firm for boneless skinless breasts, tenders and
bone-in breasts; steady to firm for dark meat items and wings. Trucklot
buying activity is moderate to good for mid-week trading. Offerings of
boneless skinless breasts, bone-in breasts and tenders are in good balance
to tight with premiums noted; wings and most dark meat cuts are light to
moderate with drums, thighs and thigh meat moving well. Market activity
is moderate to active.
